Bye, bye vacation

The morning before we left we had one last ride on the beach.

I was a peach on the plane and got right to work to help unpack. I had the suitcases cleared in less then 15 minutes. My mother was impressed.

And this is what we came home to. Big ice dams right in front of the house. You can hear and feel them in the house as they bang together, just wish I could see it happen! I can't wait for spring. . . I keep dragging out my swimsuit when my daddy teases me by saying "time to go to the pool!"
