Branson Part 2

We even got to go in the Titanic.!

My favorite was the Cowboy dinner show at the Circle B.

And of course I got a big hug from the performers!

Always have to end the trip with a tour around in the luggage cart!

My new favorite place - Br"o"nson, MO

So we are Br"o"nson, MO for an amesome vacation.

They treat me like a star where ever I go. Everyone wants to play with me, say hi, or let me give kisses.

This is our lodge for "wa, wa," breakfast, "pop"corn, and meeting my friends.

Every morning they wake me with Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

And then I take a drive with my feet!

Merry Christmas!!!

I have been busy getting ready of Christmas. I am sure you have been too. Here I am at the start of making cut out cookies.

Here I am after a few hours. I got really good at the frosting station.

And then Christmas was here! My favorite gifts so far: the learning tower and pooh pj's.

The Hoffman cousins (we missed you sooo much Thomas) had fun opening all the presents.

Merry Christmas!

My duckling Thomas

This is my cousin Thomas. We had so much fun planning when he stayed at my house. I started off by saying his name "omas" but sometimes he was "dora."

When you mention his name, you may get the response of "mine." - You can imagine what this is about!

We did hug and make up LOTS! Not that I had anything to do with the altercation.

Like when we played in the toilet box - "boo" - my other new trick.

And every evening we would both pound on the window and look for our daddies when they came in from duck hunting. Thomas learned lots of new things from me. . . all good of course.

FYI - I call him my duckling because my daddy added Thomas name to my favorite book about a lost duckling.

Thanksgiving 2009

We were all very thankful to have Thanksgiving at our new house. The antique table (Grandpa Dave and Kada got in Msp) that seats 12 was especially nice - no kids table here!

The living room with the fireplace was a perfect place for the kids to play with auntie while ours cooked.

And finally the food! Grandma made the classics. Everything was very, very good.

Then a final family picture with full bellies.
Hope you had a nice holiday - we sure enjoyed ours!

"My" new house - granite is in!

Kaarina loves going to "her" house. She checks out her room, sits by the fire, and place with her 2 favorite things.

Books that play music especially Dora because it has "row, row, row" song. And "PaPa's" tools.

Do you see the granite!!! We have counter tops, a sink an check out that big appliance storage (corner filled with granite). AWESOME. Truly better then I could have ever expected!! Thanksgiving dinner here we come! We would LOVE to be moved in by Thanksgiving.....we didn't think we would make it by Xmas. But with less duck hunting and more painting it is going to happen :>

End of Summer at the River

These pictures are from September when Kaarina had her latest professional photos taken. They are end of summer at the River pictures. I love the way they turned out. If only I could get her dressed up more then once every 6 months I would have lots of nice photos!

I have been taking pics with this 65 degree weather but can't find my connector to get them off my camera!

There are many more beautiful pictures but these are my favoriates!

Just another Sunday

Just a regular Sunday waiting for my daddy to come in from duck hunting. My mother was lucky to get this on me because I prefer the buff!

When he got home I was really hoping that we were going to the pool!

Away from this cold weather! Vacation!

My daddy agreed on a little R&R in the Wisconsin Dells, since the ducks aren't really flying.

I loved it! Eating whenever I wanted, not taking naps, walking all over the place, swimming, meeting new people . . . I hope we go again soon!

I have gotten use to the water, but still like to have daddy close by.

And after all that swimming you sure work up an appetite. Especially when there are black olives on the pizza! Note: feet off the chair.

And we got to have crab legs after pizza! I wouldn't eat anything else until I got a chance at these. I love eating food that takes a little work to get it out of the shell or off the bone.

I am hooked!
